Shipping & Exchange Policy

1.Shipping Details

· Free local shipping (SF Express) is available for orders with a final amount of HK$400 or above after all discounts and promotions are applied.

· For orders with a final amount below HK$400 after all discounts and promotions, shipping fees (starting from approximately HK$30) will be collected by SF Express upon delivery and are to be borne by the customer.

· An additional fee will apply for deliveries to remote areas and outlying islands. This surcharge is not covered under the free shipping threshold and must be paid by the customer.

· Orders will be dispatched within 7 working days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

· Available delivery options: SF Locker / SF Service Point / Door-to-door delivery.

· We ensure all items are properly packed before dispatch. In the event of damage or loss caused by courier mishandling during transit, we will assist the customer in filing a claim with the logistics provider. However, we shall not be held liable for any compensation.

· Once the product has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, it is deemed successfully delivered and received.

· We are not responsible for any delivery delays, failed deliveries, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, absence of recipient, or other factors beyond our control.

· If an order is returned due to address issues or failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping charges.

· It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate and that their contact details are reachable for delivery purposes.

· We shall not be held liable for any delay, loss, or damage caused by force majeure events (such as natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, etc.) or any other circumstances beyond our control. No compensation will be provided under such conditions.

· If the recipient authorizes a third party (such as a building concierge, neighbor, or friend) to receive the goods on their behalf, all associated risks and liabilities shall be borne by the customer. Neither the Company nor the logistics provider will be held responsible for any loss, damage, or misdelivery arising from such arrangements.

 

2.Exchange Policy

· All products are personal care items handcrafted in small batches. For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds.

· If you receive products that are damaged, incorrect, or have quantity discrepancies, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and provide your order number and clear unboxing photos for initial assessment.

Please follow the return conditions and instructions below:

-The product and its packaging must remain intact and unopened. Used or unsealed items will not be accepted.

-All promotional gifts included in the original order must be returned together.

-Customers are responsible for securely packaging the return items and shipping them to the designated return address provided by our company. 

-Please do not return items without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may be rejected.

-It is recommended to use a trackable delivery method and retain the shipping receipt for reference.

‧ Exchanges are not accepted in the following situations (but not limited to):

-Unsuitability due to personal preferences such as scent, texture, or skin feel

-The product has been used or opened

-The request is made more than 3 days after the date of receipt

‧ If returned items are found not to meet our return and exchange conditions, the request may be declined. The items will be sent back to the original shipping address provided by the customer, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

 

 

In the event of any disputes, the Company reserves the right of final decision.
